Parish Council Decision: The Parish Council support the application
The Council acknowledge that at present there is not a substantial wall, hence the whole building will be replaced. As a day room the Council is unsure that it is necessary to have a shower room, as cloak room facilities should be adequate.
As an observation the whole building will be visible from the road to Thorn.
The Parish Council does not wish this development to become a substantial property used for a business or additional living accommodation.
